The treatment protocols for Neuropathy are classified as experimental or investigational and are not eligible for coverage; however, our chiropractic, pain, and injury treatments may have some limited reimbursement. In light of this we will be happy to do a complimentary benefits check for you.

Payment is due at the time the services are rendered. If you wish we will provide you with the necessary forms so that you can file them with your insurance company, allowing them to reimburse you directly.

Office Consultation - Exclusive of any treatments, tests or supplies.

- 1st Complex Visit New Patient - (History & Neurological Exam, Education,
Initial Treatment Plan Formulation)

- 2nd Complex Visit Follow up - (Assessment, Education, Tx Plan Adjustment, 6th, 11th and Following the Final Rehab Session)

We do offer specials as a result of our many television, radio, and public speaking engagements. Be sure and ask us about any of the specials that you may be able to take advantage of.

Rehabilitation Services - Individualized

- Low Level Laser Therapy (aka soft laser).

- Whole body vibrational therapy as developed by NASA.

- Sensori-motor Integration.

- The Stick Myofascial Release, manual therapy.

- Home Therapies - sensorimotor integration and myofascial release.

-Impulse Adjusting Instrument Extremity and Spinal

-Range: $35.00 - $168.00 per Session, individualized
to patient needs determined by testing.
